• Distributing spam, malware, or phishing content
• Violating intellectual property rights of others
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform
• Creating accounts for the purpose of abuse or harassment
• Using the platform to host illegal content of any kind

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Website installation requests are subject to manual review and approval by our team. We reserve the right to reject any request without providing a reason. Approved websites must remain in compliance with these terms or may be suspended.

You retain full ownership of all content you publish through NewsPanel Pro. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store and serve that content as part of operating the platform. We claim no ownership of your articles, images, or other materials.

Google AdSense, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console are third-party services governed by their own terms. You are responsible for compliance with their policies when using these integrations on your news website.

We strive to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions.

NewsPanel Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be removed within 30 days.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
